The script is almost done, i basically need to fix some bugs and finish the HUD.

- Now we have FBI guys and helicopter passengers with rockets and they can lock on player and shoot:
- New sound for locking targets (Peds/Vehicles)
- New weapon selection mode, similar to Crysis, hold a button and move mouse to change:
- Improved take off
- Improved Repulsor beam performance
- Added Basic HUD
